Innersafe Inc. (Innersafe) has established this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect through this website and how it is used.

In this policy, "Innersafe" refers to Innersafe staff, board members, cooperating attorneys, interns, and consultants, all of whom are bound by law or contract to keep information they receive as part of their assistance to Innersafe confidential.

Innersafe does not sell or rent customer information.

This privacy policy applies only to information collected through this website from web browsers and not to information collected by any other means. Additionally, this privacy policy does not apply to other websites or subdomains under Innersafe's control.

Information Gathered by This Website

We generally log requests to our website. We log standard technical information, including the requested URL, your IP address, the browser software you use, your operating system and the Internet address of the website from which you followed a link to our site.

We do not use persistent cookies on this site. We use session cookies on certain portions of the website. Session cookies expire when you close your browser.

In addition, Innersafe collects and retains information you voluntarily submit to us. It is up to you whether to submit information to us, and how much information to provide. If you choose to submit information to us, we may ask for your name and contact information at your organization including email address, billing address and phone number.

For businesses that have licensed software from Innersafe, there are circumstances in which additional information may be collected. These circumstances include installing or upgrading licensed software, providing technical support, diagnosing problems, providing secure backups requested by the customer and enabling the customer to enforce security policies related to protecting their confidential documents. In these circumstances, Innersafe may collect additional information that is beyond the scope of this privacy policy.

Innersafe's Use of Information

In general, Innersafe uses the information collected to provide, maintain, protect and improve software and services. By way of example and not limitation, Innersafe may use technical information for conducting website testing, diagnoses of technical problems, prioritizing support for web browsers, and defending attacks on the site.

Although we make good faith efforts to store information collected by Innersafe in a secure operating environment, we cannot guarantee complete security. Information collected by Innersafe will be maintained for a length of time appropriate to our needs.

Innersafe is based in the United States and we process and store information on servers located in the United States. We may store information on servers and equipment in other countries depending on a variety of factors, including the locations of users and service providers. Innersafe's Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If we make any substantive changes to our policies, we will post notice of changes on this page.
